We all know what happened in Jessica lal case nut how many times we will let the power players to play with our system it is time to react and here is how we will react

No don’t worry I am not asking you for march or hunger strike we just need to follow a colour code on 27^th of this month i.e. Monday

We can run with Mumbai on Mumbai marathon day coz it is being organized by big company stars participate in it… We can send Sms to Indian idle in lacks so that our favorite singer wins…. We can call on extra innings several times just to discuss whether gangully should play or not…We can forward mms clips to our friends in bulk… We can Fight to celebrate Valentines Day… we can fight to dance late night in navratri…

But can we fight against injustice…

Can we follow the dress code just to show how we feel about this case Almost everyone of us has liked the movie “Rang De Basanti” but can we act like them….

If u feel Yes then here is the game plan….

1) If u are a college student just make sure that everyone in ur college comes to know that we are damning Monday as a black day… just prepare a poster take printout of this article and paste them at appropriate place so that everyone should come to know about it

2) If u work in any company do the same thing Take printouts and post it to the msg board mail this letter to everyone in your company

3) If u know anyone in media or press inform them about the black day get the media coverage

4) If you belong to any group spread this msg to the group mail this thing to everyone..

5) If u chat on messenger change ur status msg to “Tribute to Jessica lal- Observe Monday as Black day”

6) And finally if ur Indian follow the dress code on Monday

This is just the beginning together we can fight the whole system…

Yes no one killed Jessica lal

Lal was murdered in the intervening night of April 29 and 30, 1999 at a restaurant owned by noted socialite Bina Ramani at Qutub Colonade in South Delhi. Or she died because of unknown reason ask the Indian constitution.

Come on guys lets celebrate the death of Indian constitution today. If u belong to any political party or if u have any political contacts and enough money to turn the witness hostile then what are you waiting for just go and have fun kill anyone you like coz the Indian Constitution has a provision for you under which if you satisfy above criteria u will be acquitted for whatever you have done...

I must say again and again that family of the deceased to be given emotional support and we should take charge of this responsabality that no manu sharma gets acquited and no Jessica gets killed . It si just because the witness turn hostile i thought by showing our support to jessicas family we can make them feel guilty and this is the way which i choose if u have any other way to show support ur most welcome........

dipika's comments though logical and seem to contradict your intentions, actually buttress your proposals...
for this we have to realize that it is we people who vote these politicians back to power. It is we people who bring back the same corrupt politician back to his "Gadda". So it is also partly our fault if some politician who is using his power not for upliftment of the people but for his immoral son's protection.
By observing a black monday we can send out a message that our patience has been tested enough... a change has to come in the way people think and it is through signs like these that I feel the change will come. ..

As u all know what happened in Jessica Lal case witness turned hostile and court aquitted all the men involved in the case but we need to conceder some facts like had they been given enough security and all....

Here is our chance to show them that we are with them we r there to support them and when they will c lots and lots of people supporting them they will surely feel guilty and might come to their original statement...

Here is an appel to all the people who feels for Jessica...come and join your hand in support... No u dont need to go on Morcha... or u dont have to sit on hunger strike... u just have to show them how u feel about it and ur with them... I urge all the PGites and all indians to wear Black dress on monday or black bands/caps to show our concern....

I would further like to say that this is not fight against constitution or judiciary this is the support we r showing to jessicas family so that they can be inspired to go to the higher court...

I hope now no one has any problem with it...
and yes some people may have problem with my language but not with the deeds of Manu Sharma.... It is upto them to decide the priority... language or cause...

Deepika Raikwar said...: My serious concerns for not this case alone ... but for the future which is more horrible ! its an old saying in sociology that Power currupts and absolut power currupts absolutly ... the curruption of power is an age old phenomenon , although the power in this case was with some relative of manu but he made use of it ... firstly at the time of actual commission of crime and secondly for opressing it . Our major concern should be to put a check over the POWER AND MISUSE of it .rather then making people guilty .... lets because whom u wann are not ready to feel guilty .

lets insted start up a regime to expose every kind of misuse of power or any sort of curruption , we see ... take the help of media or ay other step .... wearing black cloths wont take you any where my friends .

No i dont want to take the credit it is collective effort of everyone...

U can support jessics's family by sending SMS "jessics" to 6388... or by writing mail to feedback@ndtvindia.com

every sms will be taken as signature to reopen the case and will be forwarded to President...

Rather than discussing what would we gain by doing black day suggest new ideas...

I wondered about black day ... but if u say the media has opened its eyes to it , I am glad to know they are proving their worth . and dear friends and readers of BLOG please consider as mentioned in earlier post [HC has called Delhi police to explain the case] I am happy atleast about one thing ... if not the family taking case any further right now as they are shattered the HC has taken suo moto cognigence of the matter .

Yes for this readers deserve the credit .

my personal request to all the lawyers involved in the case to support the family by not charging them any legal fees .. and all the people who know them personally encourage the family being more courageous .

its requested to the writer of the blog that he must appeal to some NGOS to take care of speedier Trail of the matter so that the Family may not suffer any further delays .

In fact when i mailed to Presedent, Judiciory and the whole system i gave them my real name... so that if they found anything irresponcible they can punish me for the same... i am not mentioning my name here because i dont want publicity... it is a thought of commen Indian... and let it be by this name only...

Regarding contacting to various NGO's we have already done that... we have mailed this articel to every possible NGO every possible Judge of high/supreme court and that is why i guess they have reacted... Still i will say its a collective effort of everyone and yes how could we forget the Family who is fighting for the last 7 years....

H said...: It is quite agrreable to be in extreme fury over the courts decision, but solely blaming the judiciary for its blind (is thr a pun here??) flaws or the system that is being controlled by the politicos and then expressing helplessness over our inability to do anything is not being an Indian in its truest sense. Yes I do sound like an idiotic patriot trying to quote the example of our freedom struggle as the quintessential fight of right against wrong, the fight that epitomised the cause of suppressed victims and is quoted the world over as being the supreme example of a weak nation tired of its strong colonial rulers and waking up to win its freedom. Ladies and gents we are that great country, let patriotism not be a virtue of those who corrupt and vile our country whilst sitting in the parliament, let it be a virtue of the common man who rides the bus, takes the taxi, eats at the roadside dhaba, the common man who felt hurt, ignored, victimized when he saw Jessica Lal becoming a mere news and dicussion item post acquittal of the accused.
I dont want people to take the streets or maybe burn some posters to make a point, infact I feel a nation in which people have to resort to such means is a dying nation, because its very own citizens have to run on the streets to make their point, I also dont want people to make this issue as the only issue they will ever stand upto or maybe think about for a long time, what I request is let this be the starting point for a longer battle, a battle of battles, a battle which would see us emerge as a stronger nation by its end, a battle that will ensure that everytime an individual, a community or a state is wronged the nation (and by the nation i mean its people) will stand up and take the cause as they would if it were their own and fight for it. The media, which i feel is quite immature, has time and again proved me wrong and has taken up stands on issues commedably, but for the most it is nothing but a money making machine fighting for the top slots using masala news and compromising national interests, dipika makes a point somewhere by bringing to light the issue of all eye witnesses turning hostile, and let me tell you except for a few suicidal ones most of us in a similar situation would also follow the same course of action, why, you dont have to ask a "why" if you've lived in india, that is where the media, both print and video come in, the media is the only medium which can get away with exposing the system at its worst, they are the untouchables (the media i mean) in a democratized form of govt like ours, they are the opinion makers, infact it is not talk shows that we watch but propaganda machines that help us take views and stands, and touching a journalist, forget it, the politicians run around fearing them cause one expose and their careers are over. So it is upto the media to nudify our entire system, let there be casualties, let there be lawsuits, infact the more lawsuits the more ratings the channels will get and higher revenue over longer duration, apart from the monetary benefits the working class would be the one most benefitted as it would see where hard earned tax payers money is going and how, and then they shall rise like a phoenix that has been dead and burnt ever since our independence for a second renaissance, a renaissance that would see us emerge much more powerful as a nation and much more importantly as a realized people, that is the day that the murderer of jessica lal would be punished in its truest sense, until then these cases will keep on happening and we will keep on blogging complaining, countering the complains, the usual, yes my comments are critiscizable and infact my solution is just one minute step towards a grt nation, but for a start lets hope this case ignites the passion that we had and we still have but do not display...................; 6:42 PM
